Production Defaults

Default Tray Size (eggs per tray)

Used for automatic tray calculations.

Configure when alerts are triggered for production issues.

Production Target Threshold (%)

Alert when HDP% falls below target by this amount.

Crack Rate Threshold (%)

Alert when crack rate exceeds this percentage.

Rejection Rate Threshold (%)

Alert when rejection rate exceeds this percentage.

Dirty Egg Threshold (%)

Alert when dirty egg rate exceeds this percentage.

Production Drop Alert (%)

Alert when production drops by this % vs previous day.

Automatic Stock Creation

Automatically create inventory entries when production records are approved.
